…and more, depending on your local risk level and terrain.

7. Are herbicides dangerous or harmful?

Herbicides are chemical agents specifically designed to control or eliminate unwanted plants and weeds. Like all chemicals, they can pose risks to humans, animals, and the environment if misused or applied without the proper knowledge or safety precautions.

At WeSpray Brisbane, we take this responsibility seriously:

  • We only use licensed, Australian-approved herbicides.

  • All treatments are applied by trained, fully insured professionals following safety and label guidelines.

  • We use targeted, minimal application techniques to avoid unnecessary exposure.

We always advise:

  • Keeping children and pets away from treated areas until dry (usually 2–4 hours).

  • Avoiding mowing or watering the lawn for a short period after application.

If you're concerned about chemical exposure or want more natural options, let us know—we’re happy to tailor our approach to suit your needs and values.

8. How quickly can you come out for a service?

We aim to respond within 3–7 business days, depending on service type and location. Priority bookings are available for bond cleans and commercial contracts.

9. Do you provide weed identification or compliance documentation?

Absolutely. Upon request we can provide you a basic weed assessment, and provide treatment reports and compliance records upon request for council or property audits.

10. Am I legally required to manage weeds on my property?

Yes — under the Biosecurity Act 2014 (QLD), all landowners have a General Biosecurity Obligation (GBO) to take reasonable steps to prevent the spread of restricted or invasive weeds.
Failing to manage these weeds may result in fines over $15,000. Our team helps identify and treat restricted species in line with Biosecurity Queensland guidelines.

11. What suburbs and areas do you service in Brisbane?

WeSpray services all areas of Brisbane, as well as Logan, Ipswich, Redlands, Moreton Bay, and the Scenic Rim. Rural and regional service requests are also welcome.

12. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer. Payment is typically required upon completion unless prior arrangements are made.

13. What if I’m not satisfied with the results?

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on most services. If weeds return or results are unsatisfactory, we’ll return for a free follow-up spray.
